Site publisher

CadranZero is a service published and operated in Switzerland, under the responsibility of a publisher governed by Swiss law.
Contact: hello@cadranzero.ch
The publisher's full identity and postal address are provided on simple request to this address, and appear in the contract handed to every client company before signature.

Hosting

The site and all data are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland, on infrastructure located in Switzerland. Infomaniak is certified to ISO/IEC 27001. The security measures of the platform itself are aligned with Annex A of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, without the platform itself being certified.

Intellectual property

The platform, its code, its visual identity, its editorial content and its documentation are protected. Any reproduction or reuse, even partial, requires prior written authorisation.

Data deposited by user companies (life cycle assessments, carbon footprints, questionnaire responses, purchase volumes and values) remains the exclusive property of the company that entered it. The publisher acquires no rights over it, uses it for no purpose other than delivering the service, and uses it neither to train a model nor to produce commercialised statistics.

Emission factors

The emission factors offered come from public reference databases and their respective publishers, cited on every calculation line. The results produced are estimates that depend on the data entered by the user: they do not engage the publisher's liability and constitute neither a verification nor a certification within the meaning of ISO 14064, ISO 14067 or the GHG Protocol.

Service availability

The platform is provided as is, without warranty of continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security updates or a hosting incident. Planned interruptions are announced in advance to client companies. Any availability and restoration commitments entered into appear in the service contract, which prevails over this page.

Liability

The publisher does everything possible to ensure the accuracy of the information and the availability of the service, without warranting that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Its liability cannot be engaged for indirect damage, loss of business, or a decision taken on the basis of the results displayed. Mandatory provisions of Swiss law, in particular in the event of gross fault, remain reserved.

Reporting

Any manifestly unlawful content, any infringement of an intellectual property right and any security flaw may be reported to hello@cadranzero.ch. A security report receives a first reply within five working days and exposes its author to no legal action, as long as they have neither exfiltrated data nor degraded the service.

Governing law

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict of laws rules and the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, subject to mandatory provisions.
